Gökben HIZLI SAYAR

Born in İskenderun in 1975, Dr. Hızlı completed her high school education at Konya Anadolu High School in 1992. She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, English Medicine Department in 1999 and completed her psychiatry residency at Başkent University Department of Psychiatry. She received the title of Assistant Professor in 2011 and Associate Professor in 2015.

She received the Turkish Psychiatric Association Research Award for her thesis titled "Subthreshold Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Related to Earthquakes." She won first place in the Astra Zeneca Case Presentation competition. In 2014, she was awarded the Seminar Award by the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology, and in 2015, she received the Young Investigator Award from the EEG and Clinical Neuroscience Society.

She has numerous articles and book chapters published in domestic and international journals. She has co-authored three books. She serves as an associate editor, advisory board member, and reviewer for many scientific journals. She holds the Turkish Psychiatric Association professional competency certificate. Her area of interest is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatment and other neuromodulation techniques. She provides training in this field both domestically and internationally. She is currently teaching in the Clinical Psychology Master's and Neuroscience Master's programs at Üsküdar University. She is proficient in English. 

Hızlı Sayar, who is married and has 1 child, has been working at NPFeneryolu Polyclinic within NPGRUP since 2006.
