Wisdom Vaccination for the Family

What I aimed to do while writing this book was to offer a kind of “family vaccine” that would protect the family from breaking down, wearing out, or becoming depleted. Each chapter was written not to focus on the problems that threaten the family, but to present the solutions, awareness, and sources of emotional strength that help strengthen it.

I hope this work becomes a guide that plants and nurtures peace in homes, compassion in hearts, loyalty in relationships, trust in children, hope in young people, and seeds of goodness and justice in our society. A family is not merely a roof over one’s head. A family is the heart of humanity. Protecting the heart means protecting an entire society and future generations, in other words, human life itself.
